Beginning Photography: Brown Bag workshop
Public Works’ employees are at work 24/7, conducting inspections, pruning trees, cleaning the streets, overseeing construction, designing playgrounds, caring for the medians, building rain gardens, repairing sewers and so much more. One of the ways we showcase our work is with photographs.
In this beginning photo class, we'll teach you simple ideas and techniques to take better photos: Make better compositions, light your subject, edit with simple tools, and learn by studying the work of master photographers. Whether you use a camera or your smartphone, we want to teach you techniques to make your photos pop!
Class includes a photo-taking session with critique and post-production demonstration.
