Due to an overwhelming response from our employee survey, employees indicated they want more face time with their supervisors. As a result, this year we implemented quarterly check-ins for employees and their supervisors. Improving the performance management process and the survey are/were due to multiple initiatives in strategic goal #1, Be the Best Place to Work. To support our supervisors conducting these check-ins, we decided to bring a consulting group to do a series of classes on communicating, coaching and motivating your employees.
Participants: Each division has been given a percentage of seats out of the total of 25 that will participate in this series. Please speak to your manager/supervisor if you have an interest in attending this series.
Anthony Osa Odiase - Senior Consultant
Anthony Osa Odiase is an accomplished executive with over 15 years of experience in the fashion industry, where he built and led teams. As the founder and creator of several clothing brands, he established strategic mutually beneficial partnerships with retailers such as Macy's, Dillard's, Bloomingdales and Selfridges (London) to create new product line expansion, which in turn drove sales and increased brand awareness. Anthony is an experienced and motivating leader who increases personal and organizational growth by developing leadership excellence through coaching and training. As an effective team builder, Anthony is proficient in the use of creative and imaginative tools for problem-solving. He has worked with non-profit membership organizations on how to attract, retain and engage members by analyzing organizational clarity and creating alignment with the vision. Anthony is a professional in the employment of large group intervention tools such as the Future Search Process (FSP). His experience in facilitating FSP workshops allows large groups of stakeholders to find common ground and create actionable steps towards a goal, rather than getting bogged down in disagreement. Anthony is a seasoned leadership coach with a degree in Economics and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from the Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management. |
Trevor Kasmar - Senior Consultant
Trevor Kasmar is an authentic and engaging, seasoned professional with real-world people management and corporate training experience. He is passionate about creating organizations and communities full of intentional leaders. His expertise in management and leadership development, operations, and client services have allowed him to transform leaders and organizations as a professional consultant and adjunct faculty at the collegiate level. He is a certified master coach, guiding leaders at all levels of an organization in various sectors. During his tenure at Fisher Investments, he created and led multiple corporate training initiatives, including a firm-wide management and leadership development program for an organization with more than 2000 employees. Trevor holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from the Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management. |
