Courageous Communication
Courageous communication is any conversation that you know you need to have but don't. Courageous communication helps others understand exactly what they did and the impact it had on you and others. When the information is specific, yet without interpretation or evaluation, there is a better chance that the person receiving the courageous communication will be motivated to begin, continue, or stop behaviors that affect performance. In this highly interactive workshop, you will learn tools and techniques to transform what you do in stressful, challenging situations into courageous actions that enhance collaboration and improve results.
