Professional Growth Workshop Series
Professional growth is all about gaining new skills and experience that can help you perform better in your current role or the role you want to do next. The GoldJam Creative workshop series will help you take steps towards improving your professional persona, have productive confrontations with colleagues, successfully manage your emotions, and develop collaborative problem solving skills that will help advance you towards the next role in your career.
“Interactive, actionable workshops. Our belief is that professionals learn by doing, rather than just listening to information. Our team gets participants on their feet and practicing their new skills in the moment. Participants walk away ready to take action. No matter the training topic, we give employees the tools to be more confident, creative, and charismatic, while having fun and collaborating with their colleagues.”

Workshop activities consist of warm-ups, tailored individual and partner exercises, and group discussions...
Building a Professional Persona
Professional persona is made up of the personality traits and behaviors, communication styles, values, and emotional intelligence that we present at work. Research shows that people who make themselves more "knowable" through their professional persona are more satisfied with their personal and professional lives, have better relationships, and have a greater sense of purpose. However, we don't always come off in the way we intend. In this interactive workshop, participants will begin to make intentional choices about how to present their persona, in order to have the positive long-lasting effects, going beyond just a first impression. |
Productive Confrontation
Unresolved conflict affects decision-making, productivity, and motivation meanwhile, productive confrontations fix problems, build trust, and boost respect and understanding. With this workshop, your organization can empower employees to hold colleagues accountable for poor actions, resolve issues, and ultimately strengthen relationships. |
Emotional Intelligence
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is one of the fastest growing top job skills, and is a high indicator of career success. Studies show that 90% of top performers rank highly in emotional intelligence, that those who have the skill earn an average of $29K more per year than those who do not, and that 75% of managers are more likely to promote a highly emotionally intelligent employee. In this interactive workshop, participants will gain the tools to bolster their EQ at work, allowing them to have more control over their emotions and more influence over the emotions of colleagues and clients. Using empathy and strategies that keep mutual purpose at the forefront, they will strengthen relationships through human connection and teamwork. |
Creativity and Collaboration
Creativity is vital to problem solving. Research shows that collaborative work environments are five times as likely to be high performing, and that they have more committed, engaged, and successful employees. In this interactive workshop, participants will connect as a team through fun, high-energy, collaborative activities that boost creativity and internal communication. |
