Supervisor Support Series
Join your fellow supervisors for this casual series of 12 meetings aimed at getting together to discuss various supervisorial skills or competencies. You can attend as many or as few meetings as you like. We begin each meeting with a 15-20 minute presentation on the topic and then we share are own best practices and challenges about the topic. Seasoned supervisors share what has worked best for them and what hasn’t. New employees share how they managed the subject at their previous department or company. New supervisors or those interested in supervision ask questions about how they can implement new strategies around the topic.
